Reggie and the ladies at the counter were etremely helpful and made the service visit like it was inn the past. The last two visits were awful with some lady writing up my service request and even a repair request that she lost when I scheduled it weeks in advance. She even refused the amount of air pressure I wanted in my tires. Reggie is number one! When Reggie is there I will be sure to come in for my vehicles to be service. He is more like your sales team working for the customer. That is why I like to purchase vehicles at Solomon's. Thanks!

My feelings are very mixed at this point. To be clear, the reason our vehicle was brought in for service appears to have been resolved. However, after sitting outside for a week at the dealership it was in need of a good wash and detail. Upon doing so, I noticed a dent in the body just above the right tail light. I can assure you this damage was not there when the vehicle was dropped off for service. This is the second time this vehicle has had body damage after being brought in for service. This most recent visit cost nearly $1,400 and I would expect to have the vehicle returned without any damage. I realize you only have my word, and the fact that we have been a customer of this dealership for nearly 30 years, but these repeated occurances cause a great deal of dissappointment. I have pictures of the recent damage. If you would like to see them, let me know how to send them to you. The proper way to repair this damage would be to replace the right rear quarter panel which would be very costly. I would respectfully request a refund in whole or in part for our most recent service visit. Compared to the cost of replacing the rear quartr panel, I believe this is a reasonable request. We have had other dissappointing experiences with our other vehicle as well. Our allegance and loyalty to this dealership is quite shaken at this time.

I had an 8:30 appointment time for my first oil change and service on my new truck. It took 2 hours. The tech who drove my truck from the shop to the service waiting area left sweaty dirt prints on my door, center console and steering wheel. I also told the service writer where my lug lock key is so my tires could be rotated. The lug key was not move and my tires were not rotated.

I recently visited the service department to address a cruise control issue on my new car, which is currently under warranty. Although I had a scheduled appointment, the vehicle was not looked at until the following day and was kept overnight for what turned out to be a simple five-minute setup adjustment. I was disappointed to be charged an $85 fee for a warranty-related fix and felt the communication regarding the delay was lacking. Based on this experience, I do not feel this dealership prioritizes customer value. This dealership will not be my preferred future service needs.

Great staff but the issue wasn’t fixed so it’s back in the shop. We had hoped that replacing the oil in the differential would fix it but it didn’t. The staff agreed and now we just need to get a new differential. I appreciate their working with us and being honest and professional.
